Meet Mark Engman, volunteer President and the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, with the Nokesville Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Prince William County, VA.  Nokesville Vol. Fire and Rescue organization provides fire protection and emergency services to the largest geographical area of Prince WIlliam County from two stations, Station 5 and Station 25. Mark has been a volunteer with Nokesville since 2010 and currently serves on the Prince Wiliam County Recruitment and Retention Committee, as well as several other committees. Meet Zachary Hottel, volunteer Captain and the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, with the Woodstock Fire Department. 


Zach has been a volunteer with WFD since 2006. He also serves on both the Shenandoah County Recruitment and Retention Committee and is the webmaster for the VA Fire & EMS Recruitment and Retention Network.

Meet Spencer Cheatham from West Point Fire Department.

Bobby Hill recently retired as the Recruitment Coordinator for the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad Foundation. He presently serves on the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad, "Social Media-Marketing Team" He has nearly 50 years combined experience as a Volunteer Firefighter, EMS volunteer and remains on active duty with the Virginia Beach EMS Major Incident Response Team. His certifications run the scale from first responder to nationally registered paramedic. He has held numerous Fire-EMS operational and administrative officer positions; including EMS duty chief, rescue deputy chief, squad truck supervisor, recruiting officer and public relations officer and more.
