Volunteer Recruitment & Retention Coordinators Delivering Results in the Commonwealth!
The Virginia Fire & EMS Recruitment and Retention Network is comprised of Recruitment and Retention Coordinators (RRC's) from across the state. The purpose of the network is to collaborate on recruitment and retention efforts, to share resources, to facilitate state wide networking, and to increase the number of fire & EMS volunteers across the state.
The idea of the network came from a group of recruiters who found themselves wanting to better understand recruitment and retention and to improve their effectiveness. By offering a "one stop shop" loaded with resources, a forum and blog, an event calendar, and a list of fellow Virginian recruiters, we provide a resource that enhances the efforts of RRCs across the state and connects their efforts to better serve their community.
